Fit Goal Table

This table restricts which nodes can be in the
:ref:`glossary@fit_goal_set` .
If it is empty, the :ref:`glossary@root_node` ,
and any descendant of the root node, can be in the fit goal set.

node_id

This column has type ``integer`` and contains a dismod_at node_id
for each of the nodes in the fit goal table.
